Our Story
F.IT & FUEL is my Passion forward, my strength journey began with SlideCore & Smoothies in 2017, and a very active pregnancy with baby 4 at 40 in 2018. F.IT naturally progressed to Butt's&Guts, BarF.IT & BootCamp.
I was introduced to PowerLifting in 2020 with a new found love of the platform competing in multiple federations changed my life, it showed me that learning to trust in myself was a strength nobody could take away, a baby Mamas super power which progressed me into my first Bodybuilding event in 2022.
In return the progress creates a limitless passion to ignite the same in others, being able to Learn & Grow while coaching women & teen lifters to National records, a World Record & my first Figure Athlete with a Top 3 Open Finish, has been my calling to complete my Physique & BodyBuilding with Nutrition & Meal Prep coaching certificates with NASM.
FUEL is my hobby, kitchen made has always been my happy place, creating Small Batch Baking & showing you how to keep it Healthy Simple & Delicious to build sustainable habits.
