Unlike cable training, Functional Strength Training is an approach that aims to develop performance in a specific sport, everyday life, or work-related tasks.
Focused on improving the movement patterns involved in your daily activities. These movement patterns include bending, pulling, lunging, pushing, squatting, and core.
If you want to improve overall movement, prevent injuries, and enhance athletic performance, functional training is ideal to grow confidence in your body mechanics & build strength in form.
F.IT is our creative approach to full-body strength training that blends dynamic, loaded moves to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and elevate your heart rate. It’s the power, muscle tone, and fitness that gets you stronger for everyday life.
Expect a unique blend of single-sided (unilateral) movements and tempo focused super sets structured to improve coordination, stability, and strength symmetry.
Focused on training hard and challenging your body with new movements and combinations to improve power and athleticism. There are options for all abilities.
The mission is to create a stronger community. This doesn’t mean making people work out. It means helping people fall in love with fitness so that they want to work out.

Includes 2-3x semi-private coaching, SlideCore, Macros, Calisthenics, book club & recipe challenges.

Focused on clients 70-85, 30 min semi-private sessions 2-3 times/wk to sustain and/or regain stability & mobility

Includes a weekly check-in to build your program & unlimited Studio Gym use 7 days/wk, 5a-930p

Our Small Group Training format is designed around 6 participants with hybrid options designed around 12 participants. Our unique formats are ignited by functional strength & conditioning with proven results, 3 days/wk. We run classes 6 days/wk with 7 timeslots currently Mon-Sat, all sessions are designed on the spot with participants fitness levels in mind.
*price per session decreases with commitment, choose 6/12/18 classes to complete within 6 weeks.
