F.IT is our creative approach to full-body strength training that blends dynamic, loaded moves to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and elevate your heart rate. It’s the power, muscle tone, and fitness that gets you stronger for everyday life.
Expect a unique blend of single-sided (unilateral) movements and tempo focused super sets structured to improve coordination, stability, and strength symmetry.
Focused on training hard and challenging your body with new movements and combinations to improve power and athleticism. There are options for all abilities.
